Depending of distance and other circumstances. A distance (2000-2500 miles and more) trip usually takes 7 to 10 days, a distance (1000-1500 miles) trip usually takes 3 to 5 days, (less than 1000 miles) takes up to 3 days, local distance (up to 100 miles) trip usually takes same or next day delivery. Traffic, weather or truck breakdowns are other factors that can delay a trip.
Everyday Carriers are looking for loads to cover his truck capacity. We recommend that you post your load 3 days in advance of your planned pick up date. Try to post a load as early as possible.
Yes you can, All depends of your offer and location. The highest load pay is priority.
We do not recommend that you do this. Personal items are limited to a maximum of 100 pounds and must be packed in the trunk or cargo area of the vehicle. The carrier insurance does not cover loss of your personal property and will not be responsible for any loss or damage
SUV will takes more space and more weight of the trailer, instead big SUV you can put 2 smalls sedans.
Once you post a vehicle you will get an option to chose how to pay. Payment methods are C.O.D (Code on Delivery) or C.O.P (Code on Pickup) and your choice of code may be Cash, Certified Check, Business Check, Personal Check, Money Order, Credit Card.
All services are door-to-door unless you specifically request otherwise. You are responsible for the accuracy of the pick up and delivery addresses. Door-to-door means the transporter will get as close to your door as he/she can legally and safely. Many cities have restriction on large trucks that prohibit them from driving into some residential areas. Transport trucks are enormous and need room to maneuver and turn around. So if access is impeded by narrow streets, low hanging trees, speed bumps or tight turns, the transporter may ask that you meet the truck at a large nearby parking area

If you choose open trailer then you should expect open car trailer, if you choose enclosed trailer then you should expect enclosed car trailer.
Yes you can; however, make sure you post your vehicles as inoperable!
If damage occurs during transport, we will assist you in processing your claim against the carrier. You should notify us immediately and the claim must be filed within 7 days of delivery. It is imperative that you inspect your vehicle (with the transporter) at the time of pick up and delivery. You signature on the Bill of Lading shall be evidenced that the vehicle has been delivered satisfactory and is damage free.
Both choices are available. An open carrier is similar to those that transport cars to and from dealerships. These carriers range in size and capacity. Vehicle that a moved via open carrier exposed to the same condition as normal driving condition. Enclosed carriers also range in size and capacity. Since these carriers are completely covered, the vehicles are subjected to inclement weather or road conditions.
The transporter cannot accept responsibility for your vehicle( s). You or your representative must be present to accept delivery, participate in the inspection, pay the COD or COP charges and sign Bill of Lading. The transporter will call you 12-24 hr prior to delivery and make every effort to arrange a schedule that is convenient for you. However, if there is no one available or he/she is unable to contact you, the transporter will transport your vehicle to the nearest storage facility and you will be held responsible for the resultant fees.
Secure or remove any loose parts or specialty items I, e., ground effects, spoilers fog lights wide mirrors and lower or remove the antenna if possible. Repair or seal any tears or open seams on convertible tops to prevent fast moving air for causing future damage. Insure that radiator has adequate levels of fresh antifreeze. The battery should be secure, have no leaks, and fluid levels should be low enough to accommodate expansion. Leave only about 1/4 thank of gas in the vehicle. Finally, make sure that your vehicle is clean enough to ensure an accurate pick up inspection. Slightly open one window to relieve pressure due to temperature and elevation changes. This will allow for your vehicle (s) to breathe and protect window (s) from blowing out because of the temperature and pressure changes during transport. All alarm or anti-theft devices must be disarmed. Additionally, you must notify the carrier of any installed system and provide him/her with the keys or remote. In the event that the system malfunction during transit, the transporter is authorized to use any means he/she deems necessary to silence the system.
